Cause of Heart attack: Heart attack has become a serious disease nowadays. From common man to celebs, everyone is falling prey to this disease. On Thursday, Mukhtar Ansari suffered a heart attack in jail due to which he died. Now on Saturday morning, a very sad news has come from the South Film Industry that famous actor Daniel Balaji has also died of a heart attack.
Seeing the cases of heart attack every day, the question arises whether the symptoms of heart attack are visible in advance? We consider chest pain or any kind of pain as a gas problem, but in reality, they are the initial symptoms of heart attack? Are heart attack cases also increasing due to change in weather? In a special conversation with ByNews, Dr. B.M. Goyal answered all these questions.Â
Dr. B.M. Goyal is a Senior Cardiologist in Jaipur. Dr. Goel said that in most cases, symptoms of heart attack are seen. But people ignore it thinking it to be a minor or gas problem. Sometimes before a heart attack, there is pain in the jaw as well but people think that there is some problem in the teeth. That is why there is pain. Pain in the chest, back, and hands can be symptoms of a heart attack.Â
Symptoms of heart attack are same in men and women
Often we read on social media that the symptoms of heart attack are different in men and women. On this, Dr. Goyal says that it is not true that both have common symptoms of heart attack.
Symptoms of heart attack in a diabetic patient
Diabetic patients often do not show symptoms of heart attack. In such a situation, it is most important that you take special care of one thing that whenever you start having pain at one place or chest pain, consult a doctor in time without ignoring it.
Does change in weather also cause heart attack?
Does the risk of heart attack increase due to weather change? There is no concrete evidence of this. But sometimes the cases of heart attack increase rapidly in winters. Scientists say that the reason behind this is that there is more pressure on the heart in winters. Oxygen deficiency also starts. Chest pain starts.
Chest pain, fatigue and dizziness can be the initial symptoms of a heart attack. Especially those who are suffering from diabetes, asthma, lung infection or any chronic disease often have health problems in winter. Due to lack of oxygen in the heart, it has a lot of difficulty in pumping blood. Due to which the risk of death from heart attack increases.
If there is chest pain, constriction, pain in hands, jaw pain or bloating due to sudden change in weather, then these can be symptoms of heart attack. Do not ignore these symptoms thinking they are gas related problems.
Excessive sweating, nausea-vomiting, fatigue or dizziness can also be symptoms of a heart attack. If a person is suffering from a chronic disease or has a family history of heart attacks, then he should take special care of himself in changing weather and pollution.
Heart attack also occurs due to genetic reasons
In 10 percent of heart attack cases, no symptoms are seen beforehand. But still they get a heart attack. There can also be a genetic cause for such heart attacks. If there is a family history of heart attack, then no symptoms are seen on the body of such people. But still they get a heart attack.
