According to the police, Shivkumar Gautam, the killer who shot Baba Siddiqui, was getting orders from Lawrence Bishnoi gang on Signal, Telegram and Snapchat. Shivkumar Gautam was given orders by Bishnoi gang itself.
Shivkumar Gautam used to give the same information to the other shooters as was received in the orders. The shooters were told at the time of planning itself who the target was and why he had to be killed.
