Russia Ukraine War: For the first time, an agreement has been reached by both sides in the Russia-Ukraine war. Under this agreement, Ukraine has released 248 Russian soldiers. This agreement between Russia and Ukraine has been possible due to the mediation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Russia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement, “Thanks to the mediation of the UAE, Ukraine has released 248 captured Russian soldiers.”
The Defense Ministry said, on January 3, after much effort, Ukraine released the soldiers. We appreciate the efforts made by the UAE for humanity. Army aircraft will be sent to the released soldiers and they will be treated.

Russia has released 230 Ukrainian soldiers under this agreement. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Twitter, “We have freed 230 soldiers from Russian captivity.” Although this is not happening for the first time. Even before this, such a deal has been made 48 times in which Ukraine has released about 2500 soldiers from Russia, but this is the first time that a deal for the release of soldiers on such a large scale has been made.
