Eighteen IPS officers have been transferred in Rajasthan. Anil Paliwal has been assigned the new responsibility of Director General of Home Guards. Four Superintendents of Police (SPs) have also been transferred. Vishal Jangid will be the new SP of Pratapgarh, Pankaj Yadav of Jodhpur Rural, B. Aditya of Hanumangarh, and Rajesh Kumar Kawat of Balotra. The outgoing SPs include Narendra Singh Meena (Hanumangarh), P.D. Nitya (Jodhpur Rural), Ramesh (Balotra), and B. Aditya (Pratapgarh). The transfer list was released late at night.
Anshuman Bhomia will be the new Police Commissioner of Jodhpur. The Inspectors General (IGs) for the Ajmer and Bharatpur ranges have also been changed. Malini Agarwal has been appointed as the Director General of Police (Traffic), Rajasthan (Jaipur), while Sharat Kaviraj has been appointed as the Inspector General of Police (IG) for the Crime Branch.
