Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Colleges: The wait for admission to the state’s pharmacy colleges is coming to an end. The Directorate of Technical Education has released the counseling schedule. Online registration for the first phase will take place from September 1 to September 5. The merit list will be released on September 6, and an opportunity to raise claims or objections will be provided on September 7. Following the resolution of objections, the first seat allotment will occur on September 8. Admission against the allotted seat must be secured between September 9 and September 11.
Second Round Starts September 13
Registration for the second phase will be held from September 13 to September 16. The merit list will be released on September 17, and claims or objections can be submitted until 5:00 PM on September 18. After seat allotment on September 19, admission must be secured at the respective college between September 20 and September 22.
Opportunity at the Institutional Level if Seats Remain
If seats remain vacant, the third phase of counseling will be conducted at the institutional level. Registration for this will take place from September 24 to September 26, and the merit list will be released on September 27. Candidates must appear at the respective college at 10:00 AM on September 28 for seat allotment based on merit. The admission process will run from 1:00 PM on September 28 to 1:00 PM on September 29.
Admission in One Phase vs. Registration in Another Leads to Cancellation
Only one online application per candidate will be accepted for a specific course. Separate registration is required for each phase. If a candidate registers for the second phase, any admission secured in the first phase will be automatically cancelled. During institutional-level counseling, a candidate can select only one institution, although they may choose from the various courses available there.
Admission After Verification of Original Documents
Seat allotment will be provisional. After the institution and course are allotted, the candidate must visit the respective college to have their original documents examined and verified. Admission will be granted only after the documents are found to be valid. The detailed counseling schedule and guidelines are available on the Directorate of Technical Education’s website and the admission portal.
