Raipur: The Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board (CGSSB) has released the examination calendar for the year 2027. The calendar announces dates for recruitment examinations across various departments, as well as entrance exams, the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), and the State Eligibility Test (SET).
Annual calendar released on the lines of UPSC
The Staff Selection Board has initiated the practice of releasing an annual calendar, following the model of the UPSC. This is the first annual examination calendar released since the Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal (Vyapam) was renamed the Staff Selection Board. The calendar indicates that the Board will conduct recruitment exams alongside entrance examinations for various professional and academic courses.

Students can prepare their study schedules in advance
With the exam dates announced beforehand, candidates and students preparing for entrance exams will be able to plan their study schedules in advance.
Three dates reserved for unscheduled exams
The Staff Selection Board has reserved September 19, November 28, and December 19, 2027, for unscheduled examinations. If a request to conduct an exam is received from any department after the annual calendar is released, the exam can be held on these reserved dates.

The Staff Selection Board has uploaded the detailed exam calendar to its official website. Candidates should not only focus on exam preparation but also keep an eye on the official notifications released for the respective exams, as the dates listed in the calendar may be subject to change if necessary.
