Prithvi Shaw and Aakriti Agarwal announced their engagement on March 8, 2026. The cricketer had informed fans by sharing photos of the engagement ceremony on social media. Prior to this, the couple had made their relationship public on August 27, 2025, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi.
The couple, who got engaged roughly six months ago, has now separated. Aakriti clarified through her post that this was a joint decision.
