Raipur Railway Station Parking: Changes have been made to the parking arrangements due to ongoing redevelopment work on the city side of Raipur Railway Station. To ensure passenger convenience and smooth movement within the station premises, the two-wheeler parking area located near the reservation center is being relocated to a site near the expressway.
Under the new arrangement, parking facilities for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers have been provided near the expressway on the city side. Meanwhile, the existing two-wheeler parking site near the reservation center is being vacated to facilitate construction work.
The railway administration has urged passengers to park their vehicles only at the designated parking areas once the new system comes into effect. Passengers are advised to avoid parking in unauthorized areas within the station premises to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent inconvenience.
Parking facilities also available at the Gudhiyari end and Gate No. 1
Parking facilities for passengers are also available at the Gudhiyari end of Raipur Railway Station. Additionally, premium parking arrangements have been made near Gate No. 1 on the city side.
Prescribed parking charges apply for two-wheelers and four-wheelers at the station. According to the railways, these charges are inclusive of GST. Passengers are requested to pay the parking fees according to the prescribed rates and to keep the parking receipt safe after parking their vehicles.
