Once again, through a recent post, ‘Big B’ has opened up about the challenges he faces regarding work and sleep.
In a blog post shared late Sunday night, Amitabh Bachchan discussed his sleep cycle, noting that sleep is the best ‘repair mechanism’ for the human body; however, his busy schedule makes it difficult for him to find time for adequate rest.
Sleep: The Body’s Best Repair Mechanism
Amitabh Bachchan wrote that while a good night’s sleep is considered the best repair mechanism for the human body, getting enough sleep is not easy for him due to his hectic work schedule. He explained that the workload often becomes so heavy that finding time for himself becomes difficult, and ultimately, he has to head straight to bed.
Trying to Sleep Early and Wake Up Early
In his blog, Big B mentioned that he is trying to go to bed early so he can wake up on time in the morning. However, his busy work schedule makes this challenging. He also noted that his mind is constantly occupied with various thoughts and new ideas.
Amitabh Bachchan wrote that he still possesses the zeal and passion to achieve many things. These sentiments inspire him to move forward toward his goals. At the same time, however, he is now feeling the need to rest and head to bed.
Amitabh Bachchan’s Work Front
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in T.J. Gnanavel’s film Vettaiyan. Currently, he is busy shooting for Nag Ashwin’s film Kalki 2. Prabhas and Kamal Haasan will also appear in pivotal roles in the movie. Prior to this, Amitabh Bachchan had also made headlines after sustaining an injury while shooting for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 18’. In one of the show’s episodes, he revealed that he had injured his right knee after his foot slipped during the shoot. Subsequently, he faced difficulty in walking. Following this news, his fans appeared concerned about his health.
