Weather Shift Amidst Monsoon Withdrawal
According to the Meteorological Department, weather patterns in Chhattisgarh have shifted due to the influence of a cyclonic circulation and a trough line. The line marking the withdrawal of the Southwest Monsoon is passing through Supaul, Ranchi, Raipur, Brahmapuri, Parbhani, Baramati, and Harnai.
Additionally, a cyclonic circulation in the upper air persists over southeastern Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas, extending up to a height of approximately 0.9 kilometers above sea level. Under its influence, a trough has also formed, extending towards the northern Bay of Bengal. Due to these weather systems, light rain and thunderstorm activity may be witnessed in some parts of the state over the coming days.
