Announcing the schedule of Lok Sabha elections 2024 on Saturday (March 16), the Election Commission said that this time out of total 97 crore voters, the number of female voters is 47.1 crore, male voters are 49.7 crore. At the same time, the number of voters going to vote for the first time is 1.82 crore.
It was told by the Election Commission that 55 lakh EVMs will be used in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. There will be 10.5 lakh polling stations.
