Anant-Radhika Wedding Reception: The blessing ceremony of the wedding of Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant and Radhika Merchant was held at Jio World Center on July 13. PM Narendra Modi arrived at around 8:30 pm. He stayed here for 2 hours and 40 minutes.
During this, the PM blessed Anant and Radhika. Both of them touched the PM’s feet. Modi also gave them a gift. Mukesh Ambani said, ‘Anant and Radhika have become partners for seven lives.’ Anant-Radhika got married on 12 July.
Many famous personalities including Rajinikanth, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Sania Mirza, Jaspreet Bumrah, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Pawan Kalyan, Ajit Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis attended the ceremony.
Anant Ambani, son of Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, tied the knot in a grand ceremony in Mumbai on Friday. The guests invited for Saturday’s ceremony were almost the same as those who attended the wedding a day earlier.

After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati sitting nearby and took his blessings by touching his feet. Along with blessing the PM, Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati took out a Rudraksha garland from his neck and put it on him. Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand had opposed the Ramlala Prana Pratishtha program held in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. He had said that the temple is not fully ready yet and Prana Pratishtha should not be done before that.
Those who attended the wedding ceremony included Bollywood biggies Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav.
Apart from former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Boris Johnson, Saudi Aramco CEO Amin H. Nasser was also on the guest list. American reality TV artist Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe Kardashian also attended the ceremony. Amitabh Bachchan arrived at the ceremony wearing a colorful kurta-pyjama and shawl. During this, his granddaughter Navya Nanda and son-in-law Nikhil Nanda were also with him.
According to the video circulating on social media, the Kardashian sisters once again chose outfits and jewellery designed by Manish Malhotra for Saturday’s event. Kim wore a beautiful embroidered saree, while Khloe was seen in a pink lehenga choli.
Actor Arjun Kapoor arrived at the ceremony wearing a bandgala suit. Filmmaker Karan Johar was seen with his friend and CEO of ‘Dharma Productions’ banner Apoorva Mehta. Madhuri Dixit Nene arrived with her husband Shriram Nene and Rajinikanth was also seen with his wife Lata.
