Hurun Rich List 2024: There has been a major reshuffle in the Hurun Global Rich List 2024. Some people have made new entries and some have had to look for the exit. Mark Zuckerberg has benefited the most.

Hurun Rich List: This time there has been a big change in the list of the richest people in the world. This time the CEO of Meta Platforms, Mark Zuckerberg, has been seen in the Hurun Global Rich List 2024. Even though he could not become the richest person in the world. But, in the year 2024, he left everyone behind in terms of accumulating wealth. Due to the tremendous jump in the shares of Meta, his wealth has more than doubled. 

Betancourt Myers and Bertrand Pièche dropped from the list 

The biggest blow has been to Francoise Bettencourt Meyers of L’Oreal and Bertrand Puech of Hermes. They are out of this list, however, Tesla CEO Elon Musk still remains the richest person in the world. Let’s take a look at this entire list. 

Elon Musk ($231 billion)

Riding on the success of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk remains number one on this list. He has been number one on this list 3 times in the last 4 years. 

Jeff Bezos ($185 billion)

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is second on the list. Amazon’s cloud computing company has performed well. Due to this, Bezos’ wealth has increased by 57 percent.

Bernard Arnault ($175 billion)

Despite the huge losses suffered by LVMH, Bernard Arnault has come third in the list.

Mark Zuckerberg ($158 billion)

Mark Zuckerberg’s wealth has doubled this year. Due to the surge in Meta shares, he has reached the fourth position.

Larry Ellison ($144 billion)

Larry Ellison has come at number five in this list due to Oracle’s rapid move into cloud services. His wealth has increased by $ 44 billion in 2024.

Warren Buffett ($144 billion)

Famous investor Warren Buffett has made it to the list this year too on the basis of his investments.

Steve Ballmer ($143 billion)

Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer’s wealth has increased by 41 percent. This has happened due to the tremendous surge in the company’s shares. He is at number 7 in the list. 

Bill Gates ($138 billion)

Bill Gates secured the eighth position in the list on the basis of his investments. His wealth has increased by 25 percent in 2024.

Larry Page ($123 billion)

Larry Page’s wealth has increased by about 64 percent and he is at number 9 in the list.
