Ram Kapoor adopted a 16:8 hour intermittent fasting window, which resulted in rapid weight loss. That is, he used to stay hungry for 16 hours a day and eat food only for 8 hours. Along with keeping complete control on his diet, he also used to workout in the morning and evening.

For physical transformation, Ram Kapoor did intermittent fasting along with heavy weight training for 3 to 4 hours every morning, apart from this he also used to do cardio exercises before sleeping.
