Shivankar Kumar from Purnia has been the topper in the Bihar Board Class 10th exam this year. At the same time, Adarsh Kumar of Samastipur has become the second topper. Aditya Kumar, Suman Kumar Purve, Palak Kumari, Sujia Parveen have been ranked third with 486 marks.
