Swati Maliwal News: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has given a clarification in the case of alleged misbehavior with Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal at the residence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal . Delhi government minister and AAP spokesperson Atishi said that the video that has surfaced clearly shows that whatever allegations Swati Maliwal has made in her FIR are absolutely false.

Atishi said that the video is now in front of the country, in which it is clearly visible that Swati is sitting comfortably on the sofa in the drawing room of the CM House and is talking to the security personnel and Bibhav Kumar in a loud voice.
AAP spokesperson said that Swati Maliwal is a Rajya Sabha MP of Aam Aadmi Party. She knows that the Chief Minister has many programs every day, so he cannot be present all the time. Swati Maliwal had reached the CM residence without permission and when she was stopped, she threatened the security personnel. After this, the guards called Bibhav Kumar on the phone, and when he requested to leave, he was also abused.

According to the report, Swati Maliwal reached the CM House at 9 am. It is alleged that Bibhav Kumar misbehaved with her. Three days after this incident, on May 16, Delhi Police went to Swati Maliwal’s house and recorded her statement. Based on Swati Maliwal’s complaint, an FIR was filed against Bibhav Kumar on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Delhi Police has reached CM Kejriwal’s house along with forensic team to investigate the case of misbehavior and assault on Swati Maliwal. Police will recreate the incident of May 13 and try to find out what happened at Kejriwal’s residence that day?
Investigation of the incident at CM’s residence
The CM House Police Security Head has been asked for the details of the policemen present in the CM House on May 13. The Delhi Police and FSL team have taken statements of the staff present in the house. The police did a complete mapping of the drawing room with Swati and Swati is being asked how many people were in the drawing room on May 13, when she was misbehaved with, and who was present at which place. The FSL team will prepare a map of the drawing room, which will be a part of the police case diary.
