In this it was being proved that during the liquor policy, Rs 338 crore had reached the Aam Aadmi Party from the liquor mafia. - Indospirit director Sameer Mahendru, accused in the liquor policy case or rather the excise case, told the ED during interrogation that Vijay Nair, very close to Arvind Kejriwal, had made him meet the Delhi CM through Face Time app. In this, Arvind Kejriwal had told him that Vijay Nair is his man and he should trust Nair.
- A meeting regarding the new liquor policy was also held at Arvind Kejriwal’s house. Some prominent leaders and people participated in this meeting. Based on this also, ED wants to interrogate Kejriwal.

ED wants to interrogate Arvind Kejriwal on the basis of these five points. According to news agency PTI, a fourth notice may soon be sent to Kejriwal, who has not responded to the three notices.
