While reviewing the preparations for the Maha Kumbh , Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had recently said that the Maha Kumbh, to be held from Monday 13 January to February 26, will give prominence to India’s ancient cultural and religious traditions at the global level.

He had said, “Mahakumbh is a testimony to India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage. This event gives people from all over the world an opportunity to reconnect with their ancient traditions and cultural roots.”

Adityanath said that this edition of Maha Kumbh will be a grand, divine and digitally advanced event. This event, which is going to be held in an area of ​​​​about 10,000 acres, will set an exemplary standard for cleanliness, safety and modernity. To increase the convenience of the devotees, the digital tourist map will provide the facility to monitor the cleanliness of toilets. Apart from this, an AI-powered system integrated with smartphones will ensure security.

He also said that Maha Kumbh is not just a religious event but also a symbol of social and spiritual unity. During Maha Kumbh, the venue is transformed into the world’s largest temporary city. 50 lakh to one crore devotees can come here at a time.

According to the state’s Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, more than 55 police stations have been set up in the Maha Kumbh Mela area and about 45 thousand policemen have been deployed. He said that projects related to continuous monitoring of social media have also been approved to prevent any kind of disturbance. 13 Akharas of saints of different sects are participating in this Maha Kumbh, which is attracting everyone’s attention.

According to an official statement, “These gates located near Jhunsi come in various designs, including models of airplanes, Shivlings and crowns, which add to the overall grandeur of the camps.” According to the statement, a day before Paush Purnima, a wave of faith surged on the banks of Sangam. On Sunday, lakhs of devotees including youth, elderly and children gathered with immense enthusiasm to take a dip in the holy Sangam.

According to the statement, during this time the devotees took this occasion as an opportunity to connect with their roots and traditions. They captured the moments of bathing at VIP Ghat and Sangam on camera and shared them. Those moments were a symbol of a mixture of ancient faith and modern connectivity. Deputy Inspector General of Police Vaibhav Krishna and Senior Superintendent of Police Rajesh Dwivedi are personally overseeing the arrangements.
