In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the country, the schedule of IPL 2024 has been announced for the first 17 days, in which 21 matches will be played under the first phase. Australian all-rounder Pat Cummins was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 20.50 crore, while New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell was bought by Chennai for Rs 14 crore.
