Television actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have welcomed twin baby boys, sharing the happy news with fans through a heartfelt social media announcement.
The couple, who tied the knot on July 8, 2016, announced the arrival of their twins with a joint post that read, “We asked for happiness, God said, ‘Take double.’ Blessed with twin baby boys.”
Sharing their excitement, Vivek and Divyanka wrote in the caption, “The wait is finally over… ‘The Boys’ are here and life already feels more beautiful than we ever imagined. Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye! Need all your love and blessings as Div and I begin this incredible new chapter of parenthood.”
The announcement quickly drew congratulatory messages from fans, friends and members of the television industry.
Earlier this year in March, Divyanka had shared glimpses from her baby shower ceremony on Instagram. The celebration was organised as a surprise by close friends and family members.
In one of the videos shared online, Vivek was seen leading Divyanka into the venue with her eyes covered by a ribbon before revealing the decorations and celebrations prepared for the occasion. The couple was also seen participating in traditional rituals and celebrating with specially designed cakes.
The couple had announced their first pregnancy nearly ten years after their marriage, making the latest announcement especially emotional for their fans.
