Angry Young Men Trailer: Prime Video has released the trailer of its new original docuseries Angry Young Men. This three-part series is based on the life and career of the famous writer duo Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar. Who are known as Salim-Javed. In the 1970s, Salim-Javed completely changed Indian cinema by bringing the ‘Angry Young Man’ hero to Bollywood. They focused on action-drama instead of romance, which became very popular.
Produced by Salman Khan Films, Excel Media and Entertainment and Tiger Baby, Angry Young Men is executive produced by Salma Khan, Salman Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. With this, director Namrata Rao is making her debut. Angry Young Men will premiere on Prime Video on August 20 in India and more than 240 countries. This is the latest show available to Prime members.

The trailer of the documentary series showcases the heartwarming and inspiring story of Salim-Javed. It takes the audience into the world of Bollywood they created and shows their iconic films like Deewar, Don, Sholay, Trishul and Dostana that have greatly influenced Indian cinema.
The documentary series traces their journey from humble beginnings to becoming renowned screenwriters. It includes rare old footage that shows their personal life, friendship and their creativity in the 24 films they did together.
The documentary includes comments from stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Hema Malini, Helen, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan as they reveal how Salim-Javed have influenced their careers.
