Hindustani 2 Review: Kamal Haasan‘s Hindustani 2 has been released on July 12 at the box office, which is clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Sarfira. The film is directed by S. Shankar and Kamal Haasan, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar are seen in important roles. This is a pan India film, which fans have been waiting for for many years. For those who don’t know, let us tell you that this is a sequel to the 1996 action film Indian, in which Kamal Haasan is seen in the role of Senapati. But the film is a complete disappointment and even with a star like Kamal Haasan, Shankar is unable to do any miracle.

Kamal Haasan’s Hindustani 2 has no story. Corruption has increased in the society. Everyone is troubled and wants to get rid of this corruption. In such a situation, four youths run the hashtag Come Back Indian and want to see Senapati back to destroy the corrupt. When Senapati comes, there is a turmoil in the lives of many people. Overall, it seems that the film has been made to promote Varma Kalai. After watching the film, the only thing that strikes the mind is that to make a film successful, not the magic of fingers but a strong story is needed.
Direction in Hindustani 2
Hindustani 2 director Shankar is known for making larger than life films. But this time he seems to have missed the mark. He kept everything very grand but missed the story. Overall, the film becomes very boring and by the end, you wonder when it will end. What has been shown in the film has been seen in films like Aparichit, Gabbar is Back and Jawaan.
There is not much to show in Hindustani 2
Kamal Haasan has been made up so much that he is not able to show much expression and sometimes it seems that his mouth is not moving. Then what more can be said about Kamal Haasan. Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Siddharth are average.

Hindustani 2 is the sequel of Hindustani which was made 28 years ago. Overall it seems that the film has been made to show Verma’s talent. If you are a fan of Kamal Haasan then you might like the film, otherwise you will be disappointed.
