NTPC Recruitment 2026: NTPC Limited has invited applications for 135 Deputy Manager posts. This is for the Electrical, Mechanical and Control & Instrumentation (C&I) departments. According to the recruitment advertisement, there are 40 vacancies for Deputy Manager (Electrical), 55 for Deputy Manager (Mechanical) and 40 for Deputy Manager (C&I). NTPC Recruitment 2026: Qualification
For Mechanical post, candidates must have BE or BTech degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institute. Also, there should be at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience in the power sector. Whereas, for the post of C&I, applicants must have BE or BTech degree in Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60 percent marks from a recognized university or institute. Apart from this, at least 10 years of related post-qualification executive experience in the power sector is also required.

The maximum age limit for all three posts is 40 years. As per government guidelines, candidates belonging to reserved categories will get age relaxation.
How to apply
Eligible candidates can apply online through the career section of the official website of NTPC. Online application has started from 12th August, which will continue till 26th August.
application fees
General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from the application fee. While submitting online application, applicants will have to upload all the required documents. Applications with incomplete or insufficient documents may be rejected.
