Chhattisgarh B.Ed-D.El.Ed Admission 2026: There is good news for candidates aspiring to enroll in B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses in Chhattisgarh. The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has released the detailed admission counseling schedule for the 2026 academic session. Concurrently, the process for online registration and filling out choice forms for admission to B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses offered by government and private colleges of education has commenced. Interested candidates can apply for the first round of counseling until August 12.
B.Ed-D.El.Ed Admission 2026: Online registration begins on the SCERT website
According to the schedule released by SCERT, candidates must visit the official website to complete their online registration. Additionally, they are required to fill out a choice form indicating their preferred colleges and courses. Applications will not be accepted after the stipulated deadline; therefore, candidates are advised to complete the process in a timely manner.
List for claims and objections to be released on August 17
Following the submission of online registrations and choice forms, the initial list for claims and objections will be released on August 17. Subsequently, after resolving any objections, the first merit list for the initial round will be published on August 19. Selected candidates will be able to secure admission at their respective colleges from August 19 to August 21.
Second round process begins in September
For candidates who are not selected in the first round or are unable to secure admission for any reason, the second round of counseling will be conducted from September 22 to October 27. Online registration and choice forms for the second round can be submitted between September 22 and September 25.
Admissions to be held for over 21,000 seats
There have been no changes to the number of B.Ed and D.El.Ed seats this year. Admissions will be granted for 14,495 B.Ed seats and 6,710 D.El.Ed seats across government and private educational institutions in the state.
