CG NEET UG Counselling 2026: The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education (Health Bhawan, Nava Raipur), has invited online applications for the first round of counselling for admission to undergraduate courses (MBBS/BDS) in government and private medical and dental colleges across the state of Chhattisgarh for the academic year 2026.
According to the notification, applicants are advised to thoroughly study the “Chhattisgarh Medical, Dental, and Physiotherapy Undergraduate Admission Rules, 2025” (Reference No. RULE-503/30/2025/MED)—specifically the provisions regarding reservation, the counselling process, and bonds—before submitting their online applications. These rules are available on the websites www.cgdme.in and https://cgdme.admissions.nic.in/.
The online application fee is set at ₹1,000 for Unreserved (UR) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) applicants, ₹500 for Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Scheduled Caste (SC) applicants, and ₹10,000 for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) applicants; this fee is non-refundable. For details regarding the registration amount (security deposit), applicants are advised to refer to the table provided on page 2 of the notification.
Online applications will be accepted from 11:00 AM on August 9, 2026, until 11:59 PM on August 16, 2026. Similarly, the choice-filling and locking process will commence at 11:00 AM on August 9, 2026, and continue until 11:59 PM on August 17, 2026.
