Judge Transfer List 2026: The Chhattisgarh High Court has issued transfer orders for 17 judicial officers belonging to the Higher Judicial Service cadre. Under the orders issued by the High Court’s Registrar General, new postings have been assigned to several District and Sessions Judges, Additional District and Sessions Judges, and officers currently posted at the High Court.
According to the order, Ajay Singh Rajput, the First District and Sessions Judge of Jagdalpur, has been appointed as the Special Judge (NIA Court), Jagdalpur. Meanwhile, Omprakash Jaiswal, Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee, has been entrusted with the responsibility of Registrar (Judicial) at the High Court.
Additionally, Abdul Zahid Qureshi, the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Baloda Bazar, has been appointed as Registrar (Vigilance) at the High Court. Meanwhile, Rakesh Kumar Verma, the First District and Sessions Judge of Baloda Bazar, has been transferred to the post of Additional Director at the Chhattisgarh Judicial Academy, Bilaspur.
