Raipur: The Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Bhopal Headquarters) has ordered the transfer of 70 Income Tax Inspectors across the CG-MP sector. This includes 29 officers from the Raipur Commissionerate range. Notable names from the Chhattisgarh sector include Rajesh Kumar, Sujit Sarkar, Abhishek Kumar, Rakesh Borkar, and Kunal Rana, among others. All officers have been instructed to assume charge at their new locations immediately.
Highest Number of Transfers in Bhopal and Raipur
According to the released list, the highest number of transfers involved inspectors from Raipur, followed by inspectors from various districts in Madhya Pradesh. It is worth noting that a total of 209 Income Tax Inspectors were transferred simultaneously on June 23. Bhopal saw the highest number of transfers with 46 inspectors, followed by Raipur with 31. Additionally, new postings were made for 21 inspectors in Indore, 10 in Bhilai, and 6 in Bilaspur.
