Raipur: The process of applying for land demarcation in Chhattisgarh is shifting to an online mode. An online module designed for demarcation applications under the e-Court system has been launched. The Office of the Commissioner of Land Records, Naya Raipur, has issued necessary directives to all District Collectors in the state regarding this new system.
A communication from the Commissioner of Land Records, Chhattisgarh, notes that instructions regarding the complete digitization of the demarcation application process had already been issued. To facilitate this, a user manual has been provided, detailing the operation of the online module and the actions required at various levels.
All District Collectors have been instructed to review the user manual and disseminate the necessary information about the new system to the relevant revenue courts, Tehsildars, and Revenue Inspectors. Furthermore, officials have been directed to ensure that the entire demarcation process is carried out in accordance with the online system.
With the implementation of this new system, the application process for land demarcation will be conducted online. Relevant revenue officials have been instructed to proceed in compliance with the e-Court module.
