Khushi Kantiwal, a daughter from the small village of ‘Gudha Bawni’ in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu district, has achieved remarkable success. She has been selected for the position of ‘Communications Officer’ at a prestigious, 135-year-old organization in the United Kingdom. Her father, Gopal Ram Kantiwal, serves as a Deputy Commandant in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and is currently posted in Odisha.
Graduated from Ajmer, moved to Britain for higher education
According to Gopal Ram Kantiwal, his family hails from ‘Kheddon ki Dhani’ in Gudha Bawni, located within the Udaipurwati assembly constituency. Khushi completed her graduation at Sophia Girls’ College in Ajmer and moved to the UK in 2023 to pursue studies in Mass Communication (Mass Media). After completing her higher education there, she secured a permanent position with an attractive salary package as a Communications Officer at ‘Children North East,’ a renowned charity organization based in Newcastle.
Secured a key role in a 135-year-old organization
‘Children North East’ is a charity organization established in 1891 (approximately 135 years ago). Khushi is set to assume the role of Communications Officer there soon. Her achievement has sparked a wave of joy across the entire Udaipurwati region. News of her success has created a celebratory atmosphere in the area, including Ambedkar Nagar and Kheddon ki Dhani. Local villagers, youth, and elders have hailed this achievement as a major source of inspiration for future generations, especially for the girls of the village.
Father has received the ‘Police Service Medal’
It is noteworthy that Khushi’s father, Gopal Ram Kantiwal (Deputy Commandant, CRPF), is an alumnus of Podar College in Nawalgarh. He has been honored with the ‘Police Service Medal’ by the President of India for his outstanding contribution to internal security during his deployment in Kashmir. While the father has set an example of service to the nation, the daughter has brought glory to the region by achieving this major success abroad.
