The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has paved the way for the state’s youth to enter government service. The Commission has announced interview dates for various key recruitment drives under the College Education Department and the Medical Education Department. RPSC has uploaded the detailed schedule to its official website, allowing candidates ample time to finalize their preparations. The release of this new recruitment calendar has generated excitement among candidates who had been awaiting the interview stage for months after clearing the written examination. These interviews, scheduled for July 2026, will facilitate the appointment of new professors and officials to colleges and medical colleges.

According to the official notification issued by RPSC, the interview dates for various subjects and posts under the College Education Department Examination 2023 have been scheduled as follows:
Assistant Professor – Business Administration
The final phase of interviews for the Business Administration recruitment process will be conducted over a short period. Interviews for this post are scheduled from July 2 to July 3, 2026.
Assistant Professor – History
The interview process for this highly popular and competitive recruitment exam in Rajasthan will be extensive. The 10th phase of interviews for Assistant Professor (History) will commence on July 6 and continue uninterrupted until July 17, 2026.
Assistant Professor – Sanskrit
A complete interview schedule has also been finalized for Sanskrit candidates. Interviews for this recruitment will begin on July 6 and conclude on July 16, 2026, at the RPSC headquarters in Ajmer.
Physical Training Instructor (PTI)
This marks a final opportunity for young aspirants dreaming of becoming Physical Training Instructors (PTIs) in the College Education Department. The final phase of interviews for the Physical Training Instructor Examination 2023 will be held from July 6 to July 10, 2026. Librarian
The interview process for candidates shortlisted for the post of Librarian is also set to begin in the first week of July. Under this schedule, the third phase of interviews will be conducted from July 6 to July 17, 2026.
Interviews for ‘Super-Specialty’ Posts on July 10
In addition to the College Education Department, the RPSC has also announced the schedule for the Assistant Professor recruitment examination (2024) under the Medical Education Department. These interviews for senior medical positions will primarily be held on a single day: July 10, 2026.
Three major broad-specialty and super-specialty departments are included in this phase:
Cardiology (Super-specialty)
Respiratory Medicine / TB & Chest (Broad-specialty)
Neonatology (Super-specialty)
Doctors selected for these posts will be appointed as Assistant Professors in various government medical colleges and super-specialty hospitals across Rajasthan.
Entry Denied Without These Documents
Along with releasing the interview schedule, the Commission Secretary has issued crucial guidelines and instructions for all candidates. According to the rules, if a candidate fails to appear at the scheduled interview time with all their required documents, they will be completely disqualified from the process.
Candidates must bring the following essential documents on the day of the interview:
Latest Passport-sized Photograph: Candidates must bring a recent, color passport-sized photograph.
Original Identity Proof: An original ID card featuring a recent and clearly visible photograph of the candidate (e.g., Voter ID, Driving License, or other authorized identity proof).
All Original Certificates: Original documents related to educational qualifications, caste, domicile/residence, and work experience.
Set of Photocopies: A self-attested set of photocopies of all original certificates must also be brought along. The RPSC has clarified that candidates will not be allowed to enter the interview room if any of these documents are missing. Additionally, the candidates’ personal interview letters will be uploaded to the Commission’s official website a few days prior to the scheduled time.
