Mayank Yadav shines on debut

Mayank Yadav, who made his debut in the Indian Premier League for Lucknow Super Kings, stunned everyone with his sharp fast bowling. This 21-year-old bowler gave the team its first breakthrough by dismissing Johnny Bairstow, who was batting explosively, in 11.4 overs. After this, he stopped Prabhsimran Singh’s storm and then brought Lucknow back into the match by taking the wicket of an aggressive batsman like Jitesh Sharma.

DhawanBairstow’s stormy partnership went in vain

Shikhar Dhawan and Johnny Bairstow made a great start for Punjab Kings chasing 200 runs against Lucknow. Both of them together made a partnership of 100 runs for the team in just 62 balls. Punjab lost the first wicket at a score of 102 runs and after that the team could not make a comeback. Shikhar Dhawan played an innings of 70 runs in 50 balls but could not lead the team to victory.

Krunal Pandya’s explosive batting

The Lucknow Super Giants team was looking in trouble at one point. After the dismissal of captain Nicholas Pooran, it seemed difficult for the team to score a big score. Krunal Pandya came here and played an unbeaten innings of 43 runs with the help of 4 fours and 2 sixes in just 22 balls and took the team to 199 runs. De Kock played an innings of 54 runs in the opening while captain Pooran scored 42 runs.
