Rainfall activity is expected to increase in Himachal Pradesh starting August 31. Heavy rain is likely in several districts—including Shimla, Sirmaur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Kangra, Kinnaur, Kullu, and Lahaul-Spiti—between August 31 and September 5.
Alert for heavy to very heavy rain in Jharkhand
Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in Jharkhand on August 31. Rain may continue in several areas of the state from August 31 to September 2.
