Who is Naresh Singh Arora? Who became minister for the first time in Punjab province of Pakistan

The Sikh leader who is being discussed the most in Punjab these days is Naresh Singh Arora. Naresh’s current age is 40 years and he is MLA from Narowal. Naresh took oath last Wednesday (06 March 2024). With this he also became the first member of the minority Sikh community to take oath in Punjab province.

Naresh has been elected member of the Provincial Assembly thrice.

You will be surprised to know that Naresh Singh Arora has been elected member of the Provincial Assembly from Narowal thrice. The oath ceremony was held at the Governor House in Lahore. During this, Naresh along with other ministers also took the historic oath. 

Naresh Singh Arora’s big statement 

After taking oath, Naresh had an exclusive conversation with the Indian newspaper Indian Express. During this, he said that this is the first time since 1947 that a Sikh has been included in the cabinet of Punjab province. I will try to do good not only for the Sikhs but also for all the Hindus, Christians and minorities living here.
