Shahrukh Khan Suffers Dehydration: Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan’s health has suddenly deteriorated. Due to which he has been admitted to KD Hospital in Ahmedabad. It is being said that he has suffered sunstroke due to heat wave. Due to which he has become a victim of dehydration. According to the report, Shahrukh has been admitted to the hospital at 2 pm on Wednesday.

These days, there is severe heat in the whole of India. From North India to South India, people are suffering from heat. These days, heat wave is blowing in the whole of India due to severe heat. What is a heat wave?

When the temperature remains above 40 for three or more days, it is called a heat wave.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) wrote on its X that it has warned of heat waves in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and different parts of Andhra Pradesh. Heat wave means the temperature reaches more than 40 degrees Celsius. Living in such high temperatures is not good for human health. 

Do not let there be water deficiency in the body

During heat waves, strong heat waves blow. During this time, the risk of dehydration increases a lot. In such a situation, keep drinking water from time to time so that the body remains hydrated. Try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day in this season. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Go out only when necessary.

If you want to avoid heat wave, avoid going out of the house without any need. Stay inside the house with a fan, cooler or AC. If these things are not available in the house, then use curtains or shades. This can help you avoid the serious dangers of heat wave.

Avoid going out in the scorching sun

Avoid going out between 9-4 pm. If you have to go out, keep a hat, glasses, water bottle, umbrella with you. Wear light coloured loose clothes. So that your skin can be protected. So that heat wave is not observed. Avoid  too much physical activity.

Try to avoid doing too much physical activity during summer and heat wave. Because doing too much workout in summer can increase the body temperature. This can increase the risk of heat stroke. Never go out in the sun on an empty stomach.

If the heat wave is strong outside, never leave the house on an empty stomach even by mistake. Doing so can cause dizziness due to heat and sun. Therefore, whenever you go out of the house, go only after eating something. So that you can avoid problems.
