Delhi will be shaken by bomb blasts! Another threatening e-mail came, threat to blow up IGI Airport, 2 Big Hospitals

IGI Bomb Threat: After receiving threats of bombing schools and hospitals in Delhi, now a threatening email has been sent to IGI.

IGI Bomb Threat: The series of bomb threats in Delhi does not seem to stop. A few days ago, emails with bomb threats were received in many big schools of Delhi. On Sunday (May 12), after two hospitals in Delhi, now Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) has received a bomb threat.

At present, the police is investigating the matter and the airport is being searched. Along with this, threatening emails have also been sent to two different hospitals in Delhi, in which they have been threatened with bomb blasts. The first is a government hospital in Burari and the second is Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in Mangolpuri.

Airports and hospitals received threats from the same mail ID

The hospital management informed the police about this, after which the police team reached the spot along with the bomb squad and fire brigade. At present, the police have not found anything suspicious. The special thing is that the threatening emails sent to the airport and hospitals were sent from the same mail ID. These mails were sent at around 3 pm in the afternoon. However, the police did not find anything suspicious in the airport and hospitals. 

Threat to blow up 2 big hospitals

An email came threatening to bomb Delhi hospitals.

Another bomb scare email has come in the national capital Delhi. This time there was a threat to blow up two big government hospitals. After receiving the threat, the police has come into action. The search operation has been intensified. According to ANI report, a government hospital in Burari and Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital Mangolpuri have received the threat.

Delhi Police said that threatening emails have been received at Burari and Sanjay Gandhi Hospital. Police has started investigating the matter. Delhi Police has also issued information to the fire department in this matter. As soon as the news was received, apart from the police, teams of fire department, bomb and dog squad have reached the hospitals. Search is going on at all the places.

No suspicious material found

Police said that this seems to be a conspiracy email just like the email received recently to schools in Delhi. According to information received from sources, no suspicious material has been found so far. Police said that a bomb threat to Burari hospital was sent via email, but the bomb squad team has not found any suspect yet.

The police received the first call from Burari Hospital

The police received the first call from Burari Hospital at around 3:17pm, in which information about the bomb blast email was given. The second call to Delhi Police came at 4:26 pm, in which information about the bomb blast email was given to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital.

150 schools in Delhi-NCR received bomb threats

Earlier in the beginning of the month, an email was received informing about bombs being planted in about 150 schools of Delhi-NCR, after which there was an atmosphere of panic. However, this also turned out to be a rumour. The criminals had used a Russian server to send this email. After receiving the email, the police conducted a search operation and later it was found that this was a fake email.

In the month of February, the principal of Delhi Public School in RK Puram, Delhi had also received a similar threatening email. In the same month, Amity School in Saket was also sent a threatening email demanding money. 

A similar threat in Ahmedabad

A similar threat was also received in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where on May 6, an email was received threatening to bomb 10 schools, but the police declared it to be fake after searching all the schools.
