Kangana Ranaut farm laws controversy: Senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are calling the statement of their own party MP Kangana Ranaut absurd. Senior party leaders say that her statement is beyond logic. Regarding the farmers’ law, Kangana Ranaut had said recently that the government should re-implement all three laws. However, she apologized for this statement soon after making this statement. The party (BJP) also officially distanced itself from this statement of Kangana Ranaut. After the party expressed objection to this statement, Kangana Ranaut said that this is her personal statement.

For the second time in a month, he made the party uncomfortable with his statement
This is not the first time that the party has felt uncomfortable with MP Kangana Ranaut’s statement. This has happened for the second time in the last one month. Last time, Kangana Ranaut had called the movement against agricultural laws a conspiracy to change power in India like Bangladesh. She had also made allegations of rape and murder during the movement. With this statement, BJP not only distanced itself from Kangana’s statement but also advised her to give statements thoughtfully in future.Â
Kangana had described her statement as a personal opinion
Seeing the opposition to her statement from all sides, Kangana Ranaut had said that this is my personal opinion. My party has nothing to do with it. She also tweeted clarifying her statement. She wrote that of course, my views on agricultural laws are personal. They do not represent the party’s stand on those bills. Thank you.
