India vs South Africa: Rohit Sharma preparing to take revenge from South Africa, did this work for 45 minutes in optional practice; Special attention given to this player

India vs South Africa: Team India will leave for Cape Town for the second test on Sunday. Earlier on Saturday, Rohit Sharma practiced vigorously in optional practice. Know what happened in practice.

India vs South Africa: Indian captain Rohit Sharma is very upset after losing badly in the first test. By taking part in the optional practice session on Saturday, Rohit has made it clear that he is ready to take revenge from South Africa. The practice session at SuperSport Park on Saturday was optional, yet captain Rohit Sharma sweated profusely.

South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada had dismissed Rohit in both the innings of the first test. In such a situation, Rohit practiced hard in the nets to deal with the fast bowlers in the second test. He participated as captain and batsman.

Rohit’s focus was on facing the balls of fast bowler Mukesh Kumar, who bowled only to the Indian captain for 45 minutes. Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin, who returned fit, also practiced in the same net. Throwdown specialist Dayanand Garani also bowled the ball to Rohit on off stump.

During practice, Rohit Sharma told Mukesh Kumar, the ball is coming in in the air, but try to bring it in from an angle. When batting coach Vikram Rathore asked him, will you come to this net, he said, no, I will bat here for 10 more minutes.

Rohit Sharma gave extra time to Mukesh and also gave some tips. Mukesh, who has consistently performed well in domestic cricket, has been one of the architects of this performance of the Bengal team which reached the Ranji Trophy final twice in the last three years.

It would be surprising if fast bowler Prasidh Krishna, who failed in the first test, gets a chance again. Actually, Prasidh did not bowl to any batsman in the nets and he kept working hard to find the right length. Bowling coach Paras Mhambrey gave him 75 minutes alone.

Ravindra Jadeja bowled and batted for a long time. He looked completely fit. He bowled with Ashwin for about 45 minutes. Shardul Thakur suffered a left shoulder injury while batting when he faced a throwdown from fielding coach T Dilip. After practice, he was seen sitting with an ice pack.
