US won’t attack Iran! Trump major announcement; Strait of Hormuz to remain open.

US President Donald Trump has stated that the US was fully prepared to launch a massive attack on Iran. This strike would have been the largest since World War II, but it was called off following appeals from Iran. He also clarified that the Strait of Hormuz would now be fully opened and that Iran would not build a nuclear bomb. Trump wrote on Truth Social that the US was fully prepared for an attack against the Islamic Republic of Iran. In terms of military might and power, the scale of this attack would have been unprecedented since World War II. The US President claimed that Iran and other Middle Eastern nations appealed to him to halt the strike. The attack was called off on the condition that Iran would soon agree to a deal involving the full opening of the Strait of Hormuz and the complete dismantling of its nuclear program. He also mentioned that Israel had agreed to work alongside the US to advance this agreement.

Iran Agrees to Trump’s Conditions

Trump wrote that Middle Eastern nations had agreed to the terms of the deal he proposed to end the conflict. Consequently, the US decided to halt the attack. Trump claims that Middle Eastern allies and Iran have reached an understanding on the parameters of a deal to end hostilities, and the US will not launch new attacks. He wrote, “Based on appeals from Middle Eastern nations—and for the future benefit of the world, as well as the continued existence of a successful and prosperous Iran—I have agreed to cancel the attack, provided we can quickly reach a deal. Israel stands with me in this commitment. Everyone, get to work and get it done.”

US Was Prepared for a Major Attack

The US had prepared for a major strike on Iran and had issued an advisory for American citizens. The advisory clearly stated that several airlines might cancel their flights to and from the Middle East in the coming days. Bombings could occur in various locations, and American ambassadors might also be targeted by Iran. Given the situation, American citizens should consider leaving the Middle East or be prepared to do so.
